In Par 10 the WTBTS defines what sacrifice means to them: "One of the most obvious ways in which we as Christians do good things for others is through “the public declaration of our hope.”
What did sacrifice mean to Jesus?
What ‘good things’ did Jesus do when he walked the earth? Lets’ see: (1) he raised the dead (2) cured the sick (3) fed the hungry (4) washed the feet of others (5) was approachable to the young, middle aged and elderly (6) shed his own blood for my benefit and your benefit and oh yes….. he preached. And unlike JWs today, I can’t think of anything that JC did that reflected badly on his Father's name.
This man (Jesus Christ) was truly charitable. Jehovah’s Witnesses (WTBTS) on the other hand are (1) selfish (2)severe and (3) intolerant.
Thank you Blondie.
